We’ve launched a new substance archive, a digital archive that effectively provides a complete overview of safety data sheets, chemicals, and regulations. With our substance archive, you gain quick access to chemical information.
This new and improved system replaces our previous "Dangerous Substances" feature. Chemicals that have already been entered into the system will be carried over into the new substance archive.
As an Assist customer, you’ll have free access until the end of 2023. After 2023, it will remain free for up to 15 safety data sheets.

Our substance archive provides a comprehensive overview of all safety data sheets. It grants you swift access to chemical properties and a thorough understanding of the risk landscape within the business. You'll be able to see product placements, hazard symbols, hazard statements, and HSE scores. Furthermore, we'll keep you informed about any new revisions to your safety data sheets.
Easy product registration:
The system includes a search function that makes looking up and entering new products easy.
Safety sheets and labels:
You can easily create and distribute safety sheets and labels to share information about risks, prevent accidents, and reduce hazards in the workplace.
Quick access to chemical information:
By creating and printing a QR code, you can quickly access the chemicals at a location or link to the safety data sheet via a QR code on a label or safety sheet.
